Our next Unitary Patent (UP) and Unified Patent Court (UPC) dedicated webinar focuses on UPC litigation strategies. Host of the webinar series, Sandeep Basra, was joined by Matthew Howell, Greg Ward, Richard Kempner and Nicole Ockl. Our UPC experts provided an overview of litigation at the UPC and also explored the strategic use of national courts alongside the UPC.
The session includes two parts: Part One will be a presentation and Part Two is a panel discussion that will delve into the questions raised in Part One.
