Our next Unitary Patent (UP) and Unified Patent Court (UPC) dedicated webinars will focus on UPC litigation strategies. Host of the webinar series, Sandeep Basra, will be joined by Matthew Howell, Greg Ward, Richard Kempner and Nicole Ockl. Our UPC experts aim to provide an overview of litigation at the UPC and will also explore the strategic use of national courts alongside the UPC.
The session will include two parts: Part One will be a presentation on 7 September (15:30-16:30 CEST) and Part Two is a panel discussion on 14 September (15:30-16:30 CEST), that will delve into the questions raised in Part One.
