Our Leeds office is the centre of our litigation capability, working in combination with our Bristol office to enhance our trade mark portfolio management work, and our litigation capability by integrating our first class litigators with technical input from over 80 patent attorneys spanning all technologies.

Richard Kempner, who has been ranked by Chambers for 23 years, was again named a ‘Star Individual’. Chambers commented “above all [Richard is] known for his work as a litigator, comfortable with cases involving all core rights, including hi-tech patent disputes, and is also recommended for registry proceedings and all manner of IP-driven transactions.” Another individual to have remained in the Chambers rankings for over 20 years is Stuart Jackson, whose background as a chartered chemist forms a basis for his work negotiating collaboration, research and development agreements.
