To help with budgeting, we offer flexible payment arrangements for start-ups and spin-outs, so their IP costs can be aligned with scheduled milestones or investment rounds. These include fixed or retained pricing for specific services, giving certainty of costs.
We also offer contingency fees for eligible companies yet to secure seed funding, where we defer payment of half our fees until seed funding is secured, demonstrating our commitment to building long-term, collaborative relationships with new businesses.
