About Oliver
Oliver is a member of our Tech team and joined HLK in 2023 from another patent attorney firm in London. He has experience across the full spectrum of patent and design work, advising his clients on their filing and protection strategy from inception right through to market. His recent activity includes worldwide patent portfolio management, freedom-to-operate and infringement advice for clients from multiple jurisdictions.
Oliver enjoys technology in all its form, and accordingly has a wide range of experience in different fields. His expertise include broadcasting, real world holography, autonomous vehicles, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, electromechanical actuators, graphical user interfaces, mobile banking and payment applications, mechanical devices and general engineering.
Oliver aims to offer an adept yet personal approach, and considers it a privilege to work closely with his clients in exploring their technology, protecting their assets, and building and nurturing meaningful relationships.
