HLK appoints Director of Client Development

Leading international Intellectual Property experts, Haseltine Lake Kempner (HLK), have appointed Kiran Francis as Director of Client Development.

Kiran joins the firm on the 3 September 2025 and will work alongside the Partners and Executive team to develop and implement the firm’s business strategy. Her focus will be on advancing our global client portfolio and enhancing the client experience.

Kiran joins from Ashurst where she was Global Head of Clients, Industries & Markets. Prior to that she worked at Clifford Chance leading the firm’s Client and Market Development team for Global Dispute Resolution. She previously held business development leadership roles at PwC and undertook her Chartered Accountancy training at KPMG.
