Chambers UK 2023 Guide Released

Following the publication of the Chambers UK 2023 Guide, we are delighted that HLK has been recognised in Intellectual Property: Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys (UK Wide) and Intellectual Property (Yorkshire).

Chambers characterises HLK as “a destination of choice for foreign law firms in need of UK IP advice for their clients”, whilst also recognising that HLK is “directly instructed by leaders in all conceivable fields of industry and technology [and] its capabilities in handling a wide range of complex and cross-border issues.”

Richard Kempner, who has been ranked by Chambers for 24 years, was again named a ‘Star Individual’. Another individual to have remained in the Chambers rankings for over 20 years is Stuart Jackson, whose background as a chartered chemist forms a basis for his work negotiating collaboration, research and development agreements. From HLK’s Trade Mark team, Jason Dainty was described by a client as “an excellent relationship partner with a great understanding of the sector in which we operate.”
