Join us for the next session dedicated to the Unitary Patent (UP) and Unified Patent Court (UPC). Sandeep Basra, Matthew Howell, Sanjeet Plaha, Greg Ward and Brian Whitehead will explore ownership issues affecting Unitary Patent registration as well as litigation and opt outs at the UPC. They will also provide case studies and tips for licensees and licensors relating to the UP and UPC.
The session will include two parts: Part One will be an in-depth presentation on 22 June and Part Two is a panel discussion on 29 June, that will delve into the questions raised in Part One.
