Webinar: Patenting AI at the EPO – an introduction

Join Caroline Day, Frances Wilding, Gemma Robin and Kimberley Bayliss on the 22nd September (15:30 BST) for the first of two AI focussed VC seminars, giving an introduction to Patenting AI at the EPO. The seminar will include sessions discussing the kinds of AI inventions that are likely to be patentable at the EPO, how to push a draft AI application in the right direction for an EPO grant, EPO practice for examining “mixed-type” inventions as well as new practice – sufficiency and comparative data, especially for AI inventions.
