The seminar will include sessions discussing the kinds of AI inventions that are likely to be patentable at the EPO, how to push a draft AI application in the right direction for an EPO grant, EPO practice for examining “mixed-type” inventions as well as new practice – sufficiency and comparative data, especially for AI inventions.
