About Jordan

Jordan joined Haseltine Lake Kempner in 2016 as a Trainee Patent Administrator, after obtaining a Masters Degree in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham.

Since joining Jordan has developed a wide range of formalities experience in filing and prosecution of UK, European and international patent applications enabling him to achieve the CIPA Certificate in Patent Administration in 2018. His patent knowledge and previous academic achievements have made him a dynamic member of the team known for his ‘out of the box’ problem solving.

Jordan chiefly works with HLK’s largest UK and international clients and enjoys building strong and efficient relationships with individuals within companies to provide the highest of quality of service in a specialised manner.

In addition to his working day, he takes part in webinars and conferences to continue expanding his knowledge and ensure that he is informed of current affairs within the wider IP community.

He is also a member of HLK’s Diversity and Inclusivity focus group, actively working on strategies and personally writing blog posts on the important issues surrounding this area. He recently became a member of the South West IP Inclusive Chapter – IP & ME and looks forward to doing good work within the team.

Jordan is a very social member of HLK and is part of the HLK book club, yoga club and is involved in many social activities outside of work, including regular badminton matches.
