John is a patent practitioner in the engineering sector with extensive experience in the aerospace and automotive field, including production techniques and equipment as well as vehicle systems and components. He also has significant expertise in matters concerning registered designs and design right.

John has clients in the UK, the United States and Japan in a wide range of engineering fields, including car and automotive component manufacture, gas turbine engineering, steam handling equipment and waste water control and processing. John has also advised clients in the retail sector, dealing with issues concerning garments of all kinds, foodstuffs and general merchandise. In addition, John is a regular visitor to Japan, China and the USA, in particular Ohio, Michigan and Illinois.
