HLK’s Greg Ward Awarded Higher Courts Litigation Certificate

Congratulations to Greg Ward who has been awarded a Higher Courts Litigation Certificate and is now a Patent Attorney Litigator. Greg now has the right to conduct IP litigation in all relevant UK courts, rights of audience in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) and County Court and the right to conduct appeals from the IPEC and County Court. Using his drafting, prosecution and litigation knowledge, Greg will work with the litigation team at HLK to provide clients with practical advice on both obtaining and enforcing patent rights.
