Through procedures such as public solicitation, independent application, and material selection, the first batch of 100 experts and scholars from both domestic and foreign sources have been confirmed to enter the database, covering professional fields such as intellectual property administrative management, judicial protection, agency, litigation, theoretical research, and training.

The Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area International Intellectual Property Talent Port is located in the China Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. It is one of the key projects constructed by the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration (Intellectual Property Office) and the Guangzhou Development Zone Management Committee. Its core task is to cultivate, attract, and make good use of international intellectual property talents, focusing on the construction of intellectual property talent training and application platforms, talent attraction and introduction platforms, talent service and support platforms, talent exchange and dissemination platforms, provide support and services for intellectual property talents in career development, communication and docking, and business training.
